Once the Garage Door Advantage Plan contract has been signed by the customer and GDSAR, it is a legally binding contract, and may be cancelled at GDSARs discretion. If your Garage Door Advantage Plan goes more than 2 months delinquent, GDSAR reserves the right to cancel your contract. GDSAR reserves the right to charge extra on materials, parts, labor, or any other things not mentioned in the Coverage Chart, at any time if deemed necessary.
